Got a lovely cut and color but after paying for one treatment on here I was informed I wouldn't be able to do that, which is fine, but then was charged well over what I was willing to pay and felt pressure to purchase more things than what I wanted, I was happy with the outcome but disappointed that it kept costing me more and more.
