Got a lovely cut and color but after paying for one treatment on here I was informed I wouldn't be able to do that, which is fine, but then was charged well over what I was willing to pay and felt pressure to purchase more things than what I wanted, I was happy with the outcome but disappointed that it kept costing me more and more.

I went in for a balayage treatment as I'd like to go back to my natural hair colour after years of colouring it. My hair was a brassy light brown when I went in and there was a harsh line between my natural colour and the old hair dye. Leah managed to lift the brassiness completely out of my hair. My hair is now no longer brassy but a lovely light ash brown colour, very close to my natural colour. Leah was absolutely lovely and very professional. She kept me updated on what she was doing to my hair during the 3,5 hour process. I'll definitely return when it's time for a trim and touch up as I left the salon loving my hair again.

Really happy with the highlights I had at this salon. The only reason I'm not giving it more stars it's because I'm still lighter that I'd like to be but this is more due to my bleached hair than my hair stylist. Very friendly service.

Another great haircut by Leah. Will be re booking as soon as she is back from maternity leave! Im sure her other staff are just as good but now I have found her I will not be attended to by anyone else
