All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.My appointment wasn't with who I expected it to be with and I had to wait around 40 minutes to be seen so that meant I was there in the salon for nearly 3 hours. The hairdresser didn't know what balayage was but he tried his best to do what I showed him. Overall I was happy with the hair colouring and he seemed to know what he was he doing to try and make up for that.

Leah is a very professional hairdresser, love my colour and cut. Always has ideas and keeps me informed of all products and services, great salon in the heart of Isleworth.
