Getting my hair cut was a great experience. A lovely friendly smile as I entered, my coat was taken and properly hung up. I was offered a coffee which was very good quality. My hair was then washed twice!! Then Louise cut my hair. She was very friendly, as was every person who interfaced with me. The only way it could have been improved is if the owner/person in charge had said welcome, as it was my first time at the salon. A well-run salon with friendly people.

Louise cut my hair, this was my first visit, but it won't be my last. She did a wonderful job. I have recommended her to my mum and would highly recommend Louise to anyone else. It's a lovely Salon and the Beauty upstairs is very convenient and Amanda is great. Very happy to have found it.

Louise with her cut is great. The colour team on the other hand were positively unpleasant. Having expressed the desire for a more vibrant colour than previously, instead of saying nicely that they could not do any vibrant colours because they were not in the range they were permitted to use, another colour assistant was called and I was quizzed and interrogated in the most unpleasant manner. I thought I had found the place to go - but after this experience it most definitely is not!
