I had 24 carat gold facial as a pick me up after a stressful week. Great venue with a lovely welcome and complementary ginger and lemon tea. Nadine was so welcoming and friendly which made the experience even more enjoyable. She gave a detailed explanation to all the products that she used and tips on how I can maintain my skincare regime at home in between facials. So glad that I ventured into the shop for a little nose! Definitely will return for another facial.

I had the most relaxing facial today with Nadine. Located in the gorgeous Heath and Wellness Centre in Richmond, the treatment rooms are clean and welcoming. The heated treatment bed was like a warm hug. I felt like a new woman afterwards. Great touch to have the facial with actual steam and oxygen, which is rare these days. The warm tea on arrival, set the tone for the afternoon. I will definitely be back to see Nadine again, such a lovely lady with a happy, caring energy. Highly recommend!
