Amazing at what they do, very accommodating

Was booked for file and polish (fingers/toes). They did not check booking and presumed I was having pedicure/manicure. Foot spa had started when I tried to confirm my booking but person didn’t understand and continued. I informed another staff member when she came over to start on my fingernails. My feet were quickly removed from spa and left wet and cold while file and polish carried out. I was told twice they would be dried at the end but they weren’t and I was left skidding in flip flops. 😢

It is a very nice place, easy to get to and has parking out the front. Its a very chilled place, your not short on a selection of colours as well as receiving a detailed treatment
