My mani pedi was well done and Danielle is professional and collaborative but the atmosphere of the shop was not nice. The staff were rude to each other, talking about how dirty the shop floor is in front of me. When the manager came in she was very short to her staff and didn’t make eye contact with any of the customers, it made for an uncomfortable atmosphere and ruined my experience so I will not be returning.
It was my first time visiting the Nail Bar and I can say that Romina did an amazing job. She was lovely and professional. I strongly recommend this place.
Really lovely. Very professional and great pedicure. Will definitely go again x
