From reading Google reviews I’m not the first to witness toxicity when something goes wrong. I almost left crying. The biab was super patchy after they used the nail grinder, that after nail polish, you could see the patchiness underneath. They blamed this on me like I’m a professional, and it would have helped if the nail tech spoke English that I had to talk to another nail tech throughout. All I wanted was a different polish. Apparently “I don’t understand their culture.”.

Nail base can NOT be faulted. The whole experience from entering to leaving is amazing. All staff are first rate and so pleasant and accommodating. 1st class service every time.
