I usually have a good experience but I was disappointed this time - I originally booked with someone else and had to wait over 20m because they started on another client who didn’t have a booking (repair to nail) instead of starting my app on time. I was then assigned someone else as she finished before my original technician. She was really good and worked tirelessly to fit my 50m app into 25-30m as I had to go, so it was very rushed (not her fault). Just not the experience I expected.
