Recently changed ownership, which is disappointing. I booked in with Julia as my usual nail technician wasn’t there. To be told Julia was sick that day (this also was the 2nd time this has happened) and if someone else could do my nails. If this is the case going forward, a phone call ahead of time would be of been grateful. However, the lady who did my nails was lovely and very good. Over all pleased with my nails.
