- gels were seemingly done well and Han took a lot of care when doing my nails - one week later they start chipping badly - went back (just over the 7 day warrenty as I wasn’t able to get there any sooner)
- met by an incredibly rude lady who had an attitude as so ask I politely asked if there was anything they could do - she offer a fix for £5.. I then requested that they just remove them for this cost and was told ‘that is a service you know so, no’ so I left as I felt uncomfortable
