They took me 20 Minutes after my appointment time, the place smells really strongly of nail polish fumes, and they don't clean utensils and towels between customers. My toes looked good but the experience wasn't sayisfactory

The staff are friendly and always engage in fun conversation. I think they are also great with suggestions when you're not sure what you want.
