Waited 15 minutes before I was seen. I felt the treatment was okay, but no interaction whatsoever from staff. Gel went onto skin on some parts and were not removed properly, looked a bit rushed, I usually do my nails myself at home but had an event and thought I would treat myself and get it done properly, wish I had saved my money and done it myself.
