The photo gives the appearance of a spacious purpose built beauty room, which in reality was a steep set of stairs in the basement of a small hairdresser. A receptionist greets me (table set at the bottom of the stairs) Cramped for space. I did not wait long ( as I got there 20 mins early). The chairs are not too comfortable I asked if I could be seated in the leather type chairs, which they agreed. I was not happy with my Pedicure at all. 10% of the skin underfoot was removed, it did not last the 1 hours as described in the description, I had a corn in between my toe and asked if this could be removed but little effort was made the massage to the feet was the best part but so brief, she massaged my ankle and calf areas which hurt, (powerful hands) If she put more effort into removing the skin from my sole of the feet I would have felt they met the basic of a 1 Hour Pedicure. The cuticle works was nice and so was the polish. However despite asking her if it was dried, when I returned home and took my boots off the polish on my big toe (right foot) was spoilt and obviously had not dried so I could not wear the heeled sandals for a event the following day so I had to change my shoes last minute. Or got out and find the matching polish which I did not have time or inclination to do, so it was a bit upsetting in that respects. I was not happy with the Pedicure, waste of money, time and effort on my part.
The Gel Manicure on the other hand was fine, no hassles or issues, great cuticle work, great painted gel nails done professionally, looked lovely. I can’t say how long the gel lasts it’s been 4 days and my nails are still looking great! I could not fault it really apart from the fact that the chairs are uncomfortable so I would suggest a express, not the place to go and relax, its too small, people are on-top of you talking, lots of movement, so you don’t get that sense of drifting off if you want to. But then it’s a nail bar environment (don’t let the picture fool you ) so quite busy, buzzy atmosphere with Christmas music in the background, then you are out - next!
The staff are friendly, courteous, and attentive, efficient and gave all customers a nice parting gift at the end of the service which was a nice touch.
Just a shame the Pedicure was such a let down. So for that reason its unlikely that I will return.

Popped in over lunch and Gel manicure was great. Really good attention to cuticles and polish looks good. Great for a quick manicure!
