I booked BIAB extensions but only needed infills, which are cheaper. Instead of offering a refund, they gave me an unrequested manicure to avoid owing me money, which annoyed me. I’d also wanted a complex nail design, but the tech said it was too much effort, which felt off-putting. Lastly, the polish was applied too far from the cuticle, making my nails look grown out after a week. Won’t return.

The venue is clean and ready he manicure was quick and efficient. Not the most friendly place I have been to. The lady who did my eyebrows was amazing. ( shape and tint) I think her name was Kp
