Just went now and called me 15 min before my appointment that they are running 30 min late. I couldn’t wait that long as I had other commitments then they told me it might be 15 min. Got there at 6pm and then waited about 20 min at the end. The girl who did my nails was very rude, she was rushing through my nails. The shape was very bad and I told her to correct it a few times and I think that’s what bothered her. I spend at least 200 a month on nails and I’ll return to another salon

This was my first time at Nail Circle and it won’t be my last! The staff were very welcoming and time efficient which is great as I was on my lunch break. The lady who did my gels was lovely and helped me pick a colour she also did a great job. The shop aesthetic itself is also really nice plus it was big which makes a change.
