I always come here for my nails and never had a bad experience. The appointment started off well, the biab overlay was great - the host spent time trying to find the right colour for my base. But this is my first time and last doing a French manicure here. All tips are different lengths and when I brought it up I was told it’s because my tip is that length underneath even though I saw the tip before she put the colour on…
