They’re very sweet and do go the extra mile when you’re there. But both times I’ve been to this salon I’m disappointed with the treatment, my lashes were over processed from the LVL, and my BIAB lasted only a few days before 3 nails broke, a shame because a really nice salon otherwise.

Best BIAB extension I’ve had! The shape is perfect and they aren’t overly-thick so they look very natural. My nails were also not overfiled at the start which I loved - it’s clear that they take lots of care with the work they do here :) The staff were so friendly and checked in at each step of the set to make sure I was happy.
