Very nice, relaxing and clean environment. Well done manicure (cutting and filing of nails) but terrible, really terrible, application of Shellac nail polish! To be removed after not even a week. For 44,50 (42,50 manicure + 2 tip) pounds I expect an excellent manicure

Incredibly awkward experience. The staff were so rude and did not make me feel welcome. The manner and delivery of their tone made the entire experience very uncomfortable. I could not wait to leave. However my nails look great 4/5 stars as the design was not how I wanted it to look and it did not end up looking like a £45 manicure. It is represented as being a quirky and stylish place however the chairs had stains on them and it all seemed dingey. Management should think about hiring someone to be front of house to make customers feel welcome.
