We booked at 15:15 and they called us asking whether we could go in a bit later. That was fine. The space was a bit empty, but lovely decorated. The staff was quite nice and offered drinks. When we went to pay they didn't seem to be aware of the Treatwell offer and we had to wait for them to call a manager.
Stuff was very friendly and very helpful with what proved to be a challenging acrylic removal. Happy with the result !
Therapist was lovely and very thorough with the pedicure. Less happy with the gel manicure however - gel is very thick and one day later a some of the gel polish chipped off. Definitely shouldn't happen with gels. Disappointed.

The treatment I received was good, however my technician asked if I wanted a clear polish during my treatment but didn’t mention that it would cost an additional £20 so I was slightly surprised when I came to leave! I would advise to make sure you know what you’re getting before you start your treatment.

Expensive but you get what you pay for! Really good quality manicure, super super happy with my nails, one of the best manicures I've ever had
