I always have a great time in nail club which makes me relax and loyal with nail club. The staff are friendly and very nice people.

I was a bit disappointed as I turned up for my appointment but I was seen over 20 minutes late. The technician in the salon finished with some else and then took on someone before me (who didn't have an appointment). My manicure was rushed and I was left waiting as the lady went between me and the other client. Took much longer than it should have. It was very disappointing. I felt sorry for the woman working there as it seems very understaffed. She did an alright job but I left feeling frustrated and rushed and not inclined to return.
