This has been the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I have been getting my nails done for years and have not been this disappointed. They had no communication skills and would not listen to me, even though I paid for a service. To start, there was a child running around the salon (the owners child) and the staff were very hostile and unwelcoming. They would laugh with one another at simple requests and will make you feel uncomfortable. I will now need to pay someone to fix them.
