The reason for my 2 stars is that even though I had booked, I had to wait 15 minutes for my appointment. I then asked for 5 colours (1 colour per nail) and was told it was an additional £5 to the £25 I had already paid. I can’t think of a justifiable reason for the additional cost as it would take the same amount of time and same amount of product. There isn’t an option on the Treatwell menu for multiple colours so felt a bit let down. My 1 colour manicure has been done well but I won’t be back
