This is the second time I’ve visited Nail Concept, all the staff are so lovely and welcoming. This is the first nail shop I’ve been to where they take their time, don’t rush the treatment and give you the full works. The last time I visited my nails lasted a long time and didn’t chip or break like they have done with previous nail salons so I was really happy with that. On this occasion I wasn’t happy with the nail colour I had picked but they were more than happy to change it for me. Thank you!
