My first time going was great - 2nd time I booked an infill however when I got there I was told I would need to pay an extra five pound as two nails had come off and I hadn’t chosen the correct colour? This needs to be stated under your infill section - the person doing my nails then cut my finger which was bleeding throughout and I still had to pay the £5 ? Bit of a joke
