Katie is very friendly and lovely, all the staff are polite but maybe a slightly more personal experience from the person doing my nails would be nice, overall I was really pleased with my nails they are immaculate and my technician was careful and thorough, I’m just gutted I didn’t have change on me to leave a tip!

A lovely relaxed environment, I asked for a matte top coat and it was no issue to them, a lovely experience however the specific colour I chose has already chipped after day 1
