The first technician didn't communicate about the acrylic removal process, and he accidentally hurt me a couple of times with an electric file while shaping my natural nails, which unfortunately ended up looking quite uneven. However, the manager was very apologetic and did his best to fix my nails. He was both polite and professional throughout the process. Overall, the salon itself was clean and well-maintained. However, the first technician could benefit from further training.
