I didn’t have Alina doing my nails, but the man who did them was good. I sometimes felt like I was a bit of an inconvenience but they may have just been my personal feelings. It was overall good.

Unfortunately this is the second time I have left a manicure at this salon with a bleeding cuticle. Far too rough and not a luxury experience at all. You get what you pay for and I will not be back.

The first technician didn't communicate about the acrylic removal process, and he accidentally hurt me a couple of times with an electric file while shaping my natural nails, which unfortunately ended up looking quite uneven.
However, the manager was very apologetic and did his best to fix my nails. He was both polite and professional throughout the process. Overall, the salon itself was clean and well-maintained. However, the first technician could benefit from further training.
