Waited a little while to be seen and it wasn’t clear who was available for my appt but someone did the start of the take off. Happy with the art. Enjoyed the music. Nice friendly team laughing and joking together.

Came only for gel removal. The whole experience felt like on a moving factory track. Very quick and impersonal. They did not know what services I booked, almost starting with giving me a gel by default. Even though I prepaid, no one asked me if everything is ok, not saying goodbye or even to double-check if I paid.

I’d booked for manicure and pedicure with normal polish and received pedicure that wasn’t satisfactory and gel on my nails so they could rush me out.
