Although I’d made an appointment there was a delay, which was slightly inconvenient however a member of staff did explain that who I had been assigned to unfortunately had to go home for an emergency so it was completely understandable.
My acrylic nails are absolutely perfect, better than I expected! Design is fantastic and they feel extremely durable.
Will definitely return for my infills! Thank you nail culture!

I like how my acrylic nails look however, I wasn't sure if the person I booked in with actually did my nails because no-one introduced themselves. The beauticians kept swapping over and doing different things to my nails, which made me feel a bit worried as to whether the next person knew what I wanted, and they kept repeating each others work. Infills were expected to take 45 mins on the app but I was there for 1 hr 20 which is excessive for infills themselves. I wasn't really made to feel that welcome, and they pushed me into getting a gel coat instead of normal polish which was an additional cost. I would have preferred to have been given the option of polish.
