I was asked exactly what I wanted before she even started on my nails which was great because I really wasn’t sure to start with. I was also made to feel welcome and I was involved in the process and asked if I liked how they were looking throughout the process.
I’ll definitely go back again- loved it!

I always have the best nails done by the nail technician May - very skilled and friendly!
However, my main problem with Nail culture is the very long waiting times even when you arrive early for your appointment. Wait time is on average 30 minutes before you are attending to which is terrible for customer service. Improve this!
Very clean, very professional. Was so pleased to have my nails done after months! Staff are lovely will definitely be back
