Only two nail techs in the kiosk, so they had to keep stopping to talk to other customers, which I feel made the appointment longer. Both friendly and professional.
Staff were lovely. I was a few minutes late as I got a bit lost in the Arndale but it wasn’t a problem at all. Spotlessly clean, amazing range of colours to choose from. Really pleased with my nails. The lady who did them was really thorough and got them exactly how I wanted them. Highly recommend. Thank you! :)
Terrible! Do not waste your money. I had my nails done the day before leaving for holiday. The gel is really runny so as soon as applied runs and does not leave a defined line around the cuticle area, instead ended up painting around the skin of the nail. I tried to explain that it was running to which further gel was applied not improving the situation. Within the hour of leaving I had one acrylic already chip. I had them re done else where as like anyone wanted lovely holiday nails & wasn’t in town to go back for the 3 day guarantee. Certainly would not recommend.

Love my nails. I was the last appointment and the nail technician stayed late to ensure my nails were done properly.
