I really hate having to leave a bad review, I go here quite a lot and never usually have a problem, (it’s usually the man who works there who does my nails), but won’t be returning after my experience yesterday. My hands are so sore today due to the first young lady who did my soak off and new set of nails being so rough when filing them, she was banging things around and huffing like she was annoyed I was there, despite the fact I had booked in, and she was rushing everything even though I ended up being there for 2 and a half hours. She kept wiping all the sides down with the fluffy brush and used it on my hands last, which didn’t seem very hygienic either. Rather than filing down the acrylic with a machine, she used a nail file which really hurt and made my thumb bleed a little, I was ignored when I told her this. When I got home I’ve realised that my nails are all completely different lengths on each hand, she never compared the lengths like is usually done, and there are big drips of acrylic on the tips of my nails too. The first lady walked off to serve another customer when she was about to apply my polish and got someone else to finish off, though I was glad because the second staff member was a lot more gentle and caring with my hands. When she’d finished putting my white varnish on, the lady next to her noticed it was streaky so came to sort it herself, which was really nice of her and she was absolutely lovely, once again taking great care with my nails. The 2nd and 3rd staff members were great, they are the only reason I’ve given any stars at all. I’m really upset l that I’ve wasted £40 for different length nails and sore fingers, I won’t be returning in case I get the same woman :(

I had Maria as my nail tech and she was incredibly lovely and amazing at nails!! I love them so much and I'll definitely be back!!
