She basically cut every finger with either the cuticle trimmer or the drill. And the nails aren't finished very nicely, they have ridges in them and some of the tips used are too small.

In the middle of the Arndale centre so very noisy but that's to be expected. Unfortunately nail chipped 2 days after I had it done which never usually happens to me so slightly disappointed. Otherwise great service.

I was surprised that there wasn't running water in a nail salon, the treatment was described as a manicure and pedicure so the fact that none of my nails were soaked meant it was really more of a shape and gel polish treatment.
