Came to this venue as it was the latest offering of Nail’d. Was greeted by an extremely moody/irritate nail technician who couldn’t even be bothered to say hello. It was almost as if we had disturbed her by being customers. Proceeded to have a pedicure which was awful, she didn’t scrub/exfoliate the heels properly. I did advise she would need to soak them a little longer, was ignored. The manicure finish was nice, however didn’t even last more than three days!! I went for gel and she didn’t seal the nails properly. Would I visit again .... no!! There is no point having a pretty venue and all over Instagram if you aren’t able to fulfil the spec of good nails. I hardly call this luxury nails!
