One of the employees was rude (tone, mannerism and abrupt in the way she talked) to my friend and another customer. The girl that did my mani was pleasant and polite. She did a nice job. As technicians, they were both good. However the atmosphere was neither pleasant nor relaxing. Will not go back although the (blonde) lady was really good. Nice decor etc but it's not worth feeling unwelcome
