I was really excited about my appointment, as I follow them on Instagram and they do some amazing stuff that you can't get anywhere else. I got to the Salon and the first employee I met was so rude, I couldn't believe it. Her tone was uncalled for and I found her really condescending and unhelpful when I described what I wanted. I also overheard her on the phone to another customer and she was rude to him too, so I can only assume that's how she speaks to customers.
Luckily the girl who did my nails was nice, but seemed really low, said the nails I wanted done would only last a week and was very pessimistic about my choices. I was quite surprised because if you are paying £35 for gel, you want it to last more than a week! She did a good job and the nails have lasted but I found the whole experience very uncomfortable. Honestly, is still go to Nail'd it but I'd go a different salon. I really hope my opinion is given some consideration and changes are made because the brand and techniques are really good. Its a shame to have employees tarnish that.
