I had booked the wrong treatment on pedicure and the lady refused to upgrade it to include a foot scrub and soak. I felt rushed and uncomfortable throughout.

The pedicure looks great, I did ask the nails to be filed shorter a couple of times, and they're still too long. The beautician cut my cuticles too short which made them bleed, on both feet... Also, I find it quite ridiculous that we now have to pay for our own files, this is such a waste, can't they just be disinfected? £2 is a huge price to pay when they cost so much less in bulk...

Booked an IBX treatment after having a horrendous acrylic experience elsewhere. When I arrived I was told that the treatment was only meant as an add on. I wish I had known this when booking however they were extremely accommodating and let me add on a quick file and polish on top of the IBX. Had to purchase my own file but I prefer this as it is definitely more hygienic!
The nail tech was so kind and friendly and gave me tons of tips on nail care. Highly recommend, super clean and lovely
