The quality/price is good but I found the staff a bit cold. Also I had an appointment and paid when I booked but the salon cancelled it 10 minutes before, I finally rescheduled it the day after. I thought I was not fare to expect your customers to cancel with 24 or 48 hours notice and cancel your appointment without any.
