I had a acrylic manicure this sunday. The girl who did my nails was lovely however by Monday the acrylic started to chip off and one had snapped off. I called their head office to advise them what had happened and sent along pictures to back up my complaint. Spoke with the therapist who was rude, abrupt and would not listen to my point and completely dismissed my view and advised they would do nothing to rectify the situation. I then spoke with another manager who was even ruder and had a serious attitude problem. Absolute no customer service and trying to fob me off with excuses. I have never been spoken to like that before by a companies head office staff and spoken to in a manner which is quite upsetting. I am sure if everything goes right with your nails it would be a nice experience but if it goes wrong then all you will get is attitude.

I had a luxury gel pedicure with a girlfriend for my birthday, and it was a lovely experience from start to finish. The salon is really sweet and girly (loved the rose petals in the marble foot-bath, plus choice of foot lotions). We booked on the day but the salon was really accommodating, ensuring we could have our treatments at the same time, For the price of the luxury pedi I would have like a bit more time spent on callous removal although the wrap left them super soft. Absolutely loved choice of gel colours and application was perfect. Recommend!

been to this salon a few times and always been impressed- location is perfect, right next to the station, so convenient. Staff are always helpful and welcoming but not overly chatty. Always seem to be on time, and manicures are done quickly but still to an amazing standard and don't feel rushed. Also a great selection of colours.
