The pedicure was good although the colour was running out so the polish was applied quite unevenly which I had to point out (they then did an extra coat with a final colour). They should have asked me to select another colour. I also didn't receive the proper hard skin removal with the shaver.

Great manicure and pedicure. Even though they were running late (they were unexpectedly short-staffed on a Saturday, not something that could've been helped) they informed of the delay and upgraded both my treatments to shellac for free.
