After multiple weeks of calling and emailing regarding the failed appointment and significant cost, without any form of acknowledgement or reply. I am forced to reply on here in the hope they will actually come back to me. Terrible customer service.

The therapist didnt change her gloves between clients. The nail polish was old and hard and she had to keep turning the bottle upside down to get anything out of it. She didnt push back my cuticles so my shellac wont last long. The application of the polish was bad. I was disappointed and will not return here for shellac.
