I’m happy with the turn out of my gel nails, but when I had left I checked the booking and realised I didn’t get all of the treatment I’d paid for. I paid for the signature rose manicure and didn’t get the collagen gloves or the mini massage. Felt a bit disappointed.

These guys are absolutely amazing! Came here for a last min appointment and they were so brilliant, I will definitely be back! The nails have lasted for ages and haven’t cracked or chipped at all! Very happy customer 🥳

I was left sorely disappointed by this whole experience. The staff and the venue are lovely, and on arrival were able to accommodate me earlier than I had booked, and with a removal of previous gel which I hadn’t booked (Note this was a £10 charge). My nail technician was lovely, but on saying that my cuticles needed some work, this was completely brushed off and she responded by saying they were fine and they could be done another day. Due to this, she proceeded to apply the gel over the cuticles, not that it wasn’t neat, but by the end of week one 7days later, the gel was nearly lifting at the cuticle edge and was catching on absolutely everything as she hadn’t created a seamless bottom edge (I think if the cuticles were worked on this wouldn’t have been an issue). It’s now at the end of week two and I’ve had chipping due to the constant catching of this cuticle edge and I’m going to get booked in ASAP to get them removed elsewhere. As someone who booked this as a treat (I have been doing my own gel nails at home for a year now - these usually last four weeks without chipping) being charged £45 - including removal - for gel and glitter pigment that only lasted a week is just so disappointing, especially as someone who had followed this particular nail salon on social media for a couple of years. I won’t be recommending this salon and I won’t be returning. It is just not worth the price.
