This was my second visit as a result of a FANTASTIC service from Dorris the first time I visited the Marylebone branch. unfortunately, Dorris was not around so I got a different lady. This time, the nail technician, Veronica (think thats her name) was absolutely nonchalant. Yes she helped me decide on gel colour (which I appreciated) but the actual service was disappointing. I explained that the paint on my thumb began to peel on the second day after my first visit & she said its because it didn’t cure properly. I then asked if she wanted me to do it again and she shrugged saying, “if you want to. Its up to you.” ... Then we decided to place my thumb underneath so it could cure a bit more. She rushed to finish my nails, got up from her seat and gestured to me with her fingers to take my hands out of the uv light so she could put cuticle oil.... finally finished, looked at my nails and noticed a light spot, showed her and of course she said its because it didn’t cure... she said she’s got another client & she’ll get someone else to redo my thumb paint.... REALLY??? I wouldn’t be going back to this branch unfortunately. I travel all the way from Essex just to get my nails done at Nail’d it but the service this last time was absolutely awful. If I’m paying so much for my nails I should feel & see its worth in service provided not just the nails.
