I truly didn’t like my manicure and shellac... I booked for “gel” as the words stands for the gel and not for Shellac. They asked me to pay other 20£ to remove the gel : I have been in so many place like Bulgari Hotel and so on, and they never asked me to pay another amount of money to remove what I had in my hands. So I asked my money back and they said “it was non-refundable”. That is not true.
But at the end the manager tried to kind by giving me time to pay.
Of course the place is wonderful and the girl did my manicure was kind, but other staff members make her continuously know she had other people to serve and started to make my manicure hand very quickly. I don’t think it is professional.
Great place for flowers.
