Great shellac, staff kept shouting over customers to one another - wasn't very relaxing

Did not feel welcome at all. Had the option to choose 2 time slots: 6.30 and 6:45 but since I added to remove gel polish, treatwell automatically collapsed the slot options and had to go for the earlier one: 6:30. Arrived at 6:44 and the 2 women looked at each other. 1 of them told the other, "just do it" with an unpleasant look.
No welcome greetings. Technician kept her head low throughout, no smiling, nothing. Really did not feel welcome at all. Even if I was late, you could either turn me away or let me know you'd prefer not to serve me. I paid for a service but I felt as though they were doing me a GREAT favour. Would prefer to get a happy manicure than to pay for it and getting rude service like this. Hospitality is really (REALLY) bad.

I enjoyed the atmosphere with music and a nice interior design. The manicure however was poorly done and required me to point out several times to fix something.
