The ambience is exceptional and you feel the luxury. However, wouldn't say the same about the service. The staff are friendly but I did not think they knew what they were doing. Overall, I was satisfied with the result of my nails even though one nail broke the day after which I think is because of the way they removed my gel which made my nails weaker than they usually are after a gel removal. So, my experience did not meet my expectations.
