A minor hitch with whether my booking was confirmed through Treatwell. Had to phone another salon to check. Not a problem particularly, but not handled in the most customer focused manner... it felt like an inconvenience. The girl who did my nails was lovely and did a good job.

A bit overated. An average petal pedicure that didn't feel particularly special and sub par standard compared to what I've had before.
Staff a bit moody and seemed a bit put out to be serving me and my sister. For example the lady doing my sister's nails told her she had picked a gel colour (she was actually incorrect) and made her keep getting up to pick another colour.
The whole experience felt a little bit style over substance because the service wasn't particularly welcoming or friendly.
None of the staff really spoke to me or my sister and while we booked specific people we got given different people anyway.
Wouldn't recommend.

Such a nice atmosphere- with very friendly staff- and a beautiful range of colours. with so much in the area that I have tried out- I highly recommend Naild It!
