Firstly, I had to wait 10 minutes because they were running late. No apology. I was finally taken downstairs, the work station was covered in glitter. The technician proceeded to put polish on instead of gel therefore hadn’t read the booking. Eventually she started putting on the gel which she did very quickly. I have now noticed a hair on my nail with the gel. For such a highly publicised nail bar I am hugely disappointed. We shall see how long they last...

I have been going to Nail’d it for over 2 years now. I started going to the Clapham Junction first and then I would go to Oxford Circus when working in the area. All the staff are super nice and always help me with choosing a colour. The salons are super beautiful but this one is Marylbourne is my favourite because of the layout and the AMAZING BATH TUB. This is a must visit salon
