The staff were really friendly, my manicurist knew exactly what she was doing and I felt like I was being treated as opposed to just rushed in and out. It's not the fanciest of places but it's much nicer then your average nail salon. Nails look great, I will be back.

I've been visiting Nail'd It for some time and rate it as a salon. It's nicely fitted out and clean and the manicurists always seem to do a good job. The owner is lovely and I think the pleasant warm atmosphere is down to her relaxed and friendly persona.
The lady who did my nails was nice and she did a great job. However I was disappointed that for the colour I was told I could not have a french manicure because there was not enough time, particularly as I was getting my nails done for a wedding. I felt like they were in a hurry to rush me out the door.
Not very friendly staff, very rushed appointment but nice venue. Gel lifting off 2 days later.
