I had a Sienna X spray tan and was very happy with the results. The colour was good, the finish was even and it lasted well throughout my holiday. Will definitely be visiting again!
Spray Tanning and Sunless Tanning
The salon is bright and well designed and I had high hopes for the treatment as it was pretty expensive. In fairness my nails looked amazing (though one snapped off the very next day), but my issue was with the staff. I specifically came here thinking it would be the opposite of other nail bars where the staff are rude and just talk to each other in their own language. I was wrong, that's exactly what it was like. My appointment time was changed AS I WAS SAT WAITING. So the lady doing my nails came over 20 minutes late, she'd clearly been out for a cigarette (I could smell it), and was so rude to me the whole way through, snapping at me and huffing/rolling her eyes when i misheard her instructions. She also said my hands were too clammy so the treatment wasn't working (!!!!!!), she then clearly told her friend the same (in their own language, and probably not as politely). I left extremely disappointed with the experience, especially as one of my extensions snapped the next day anyway. It's a lovely salon that clearly has high aspirations (see their choice of polishes, design, branding and social media presence) but it is majorly let down by its awful staff.
